About Us: Crossfit Westside offers one on one training and group classes. We use functional movements like the squat, push up, running, rowing, and more. Each workout is varied and fun! Our clients enjoy the workouts, our constant coaching, and the results.
We use equipment like kettlebells, dumbells, rings, rowers, olympic lifting bars, medicine balls, and we also do alot of bodyweight exercises. We teach all ages, but find that most of our clients are aged between 25-45 years.
